The Clelian Adult Day Center is located in the Sacred Heart Manor building at 261 Benham Street in Hamden, CT, on the Mount Sacred Heart property. The driveway to the property is approximately .6 miles up Benham Street from Dixwell Avenue. Your GPS will likely get you as far as the driveway, but once on the property, look for the prominent red signs for "Sacred Heart Manor." The signs will lead you around to the back of the Manor where the Clelian Center is located.
